Okay so here's the thing... If you haven't quite got it yet. See the room wasn't suppose to be 30 dollars the guys didn't know that, for all they knew the room was now twenty seven. They don't know the room is now twenty five and that they're actually being jipped two dollars. Okay so the desk has 25 dollars the assistant now has 2 and the men have 3 equaling 3O. Yes they each paid 9 a piece equaling 27 so you go okay where's the 3 dollars they each got a dollar back!
