  • This video always brings back great memories of growing up in Los Angeles. Thanks for posting it up, I'd love to see more.

  • Does anyone know if they ever released some of these episodes on vhs at least back in the day?

  • @voltaman33 You weirdo, I love it! I was a very nervous and scary child back then, and I absolutely ADORED this show. Trust me, as bad as these puppets and backgrounds were, it was a very lovable show! ;-D

  • Ah, I used to love watching this show on KDOC. That used to be a great channel back when it had weird shows like this one, as well as Wally George, Dr. Gene Scott, and infomercials for the remainder of the time. Good times! So, Muffin used to be a regular staple of kids shows for baby boomers growing up in L.A.? That's awesome! I didn't know this lady was so famous!

  • does anyone remember another cartoon show from around this time with little characters at a castle wandering in a maze, up and down stairs and through passage ways, and the song goes, "la la la la la la la" as they meander about ? total early morning los angeles ca. 1978 person might be able to remember this ....

  • i would bang the hell out of muffin and hobo kelly

  • I grew up watching the reruns. I wasn't a fan of Muffin. She bugged me for some reason.

  • I'm 26 and I remember this coming on early in the morning when I was very young, living in Torrance, CA.

  • Okay, that was weird. I was just bodyslammed back into my first 5 years of existence on this earth, I havn't heard this theme song since I was 5 years old. All the hair just stood up on the back of my neck and my arms are covered in goose bumps now. Nostalgia is a strange beast, but transcendence to your childhood is even stranger. I would love to find a clean copy of this theme song, just for posterity.

  • im 24 now but when i was around 12 i use to watch this haha :P i miss this show sooo very mucho.
