  • as ever john's mesmerising touch and deftness make it look so simple but it is not!! How one creates an arrangement like this is mind boggling. I am speaking as someone who has written tunes and songs but how does one achieve beauty and subtlety like this?

  • I was introduced to the music of John, Nic Jones and many others by a mystic lady who used to score acid off of the Incredible String Band. The music still sounds as fresh as the first time I heard it. Come on kids - don't use auto-tuning, forgive yourselves the odd slip, and make music for the love of music.

  • guitar parameters originally flowed

  • Thanks for this John - it is inspirational material for guitarists like myself... I hope to see more !

Keep up the great work :)

  • Excellent, John. Nice to see you again. Last time was at my house in Exeter after you had played the Printers Pie. Nice memories.
