validates to some extent HAARP, chemtrails, weather modification
However, remember this is the History channel, so they play it off as other countries are to blame for most of negativity that is a result of ELF waves and other waves that are being played with in our ionosphere.

@kohversohver No sir that's just you. The gov is not poisoning it's own people...That would lead to it's own destruction. That's makes no sense. It's more likely to block other attacks from other weather warfare like China

What this researcher is doing is creepy.I once read a book where magicians were trained to get to the level of controling weather.Can't remember the name of it.Sci Fi alien fantasy.Then we discoer these things actualy happening.Predictive Programming anyone?
