If newstead was such a great bassist then why did metallica drown his shit out so much in the post Burton albums...... CAUSE HE FUCKING SUCKED WITH METALLICA. Dont get me wrong he is a good player but he was just not a good fit with metallica. He was killer in another one of my favs. flotsam and jetsam..
