Amazing Jacob Tribute

In Memory of 6 year old Jacob who was diagnosed with adrenocortical carcinoma in February 2004 at the age of 3. He battled this rare form of cancer for over 2 years, and he sadly passed away in June 2006.

RIP Jacob, we will remember you forever.

What an awesome little lad, looks like he was a happy little trooper, so sorry for your loss. I lost my girlfriend to this horrible disease, she only fought for 3.5 months from diagnoses to passing. My thoughts go out to you.
