2016 Olympics Host City Winner/ Rio de Janeiro

Big announcement at 2:20. The announcement of the winning city to host the 2016 world olympics. I knew chicago wasn't going to get it. I live about 2 hours from chicago and let me tell you, its is prety bad down there. Just last school year there where about 30 students killed due to the violence, remember if you are a witness to a crime be the biger man reported to the police, you are not a rat or a snitch, you are just making the city a better place.. I am definitely not anti-american but you guys should definitely know more about the world...

Most people in the US will only bother speaking English (no need to learn another language, right?) and there's not even Geography in school as a compulsory subject

@dsampaio81 So true..from the mouth of a person I know "no need to learn Spanish, I'll never need it.." Riiiight especially when you live in the US...Honestly knowing other languages helps so much, it just expands your mind so much and it brings so much understanding and new perspective of every day things..Currently I am fluent in English and Spanish and working on Portuguese at the moment.

@dsampaio81 When I grew up it was, which is why I can pretty much identify any country on the map today...also as an American I speak English as my native tongue, but I can speak Spanish almost fluently as well as some Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Greek, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Creole and Sarcasm ("Most people in the US will only bother speaking English (no need to learn another language, right?")
