Napoleon Hill is often quoted by todays personal development gurus who preach variations of help your self to more for yourself but his message is so much deeper. Thank you!

Hill gives 4 clues in Think and Grow Rich and says you can find the secret in every chapter of TAGR.

I would recommend reading Brian Kim's The Hidden Secret in Think and Grow Rich - it proves what it is using the clues and points out where it is in every chapter of TAGR.

The secert is your natural success mechanism - you realize you used it to achieve all your past goals and you don't even realize you used it because it's so natural in the first place.

the sercret=the law of attraction?

no, the secret is "your THOUGHTS attract to you what you are thinking about". He went as far as to said this exactly in The Master Keys To Riches book a few years later.

what does he mean GIVE .give what

Charles Haanel says that giving is a mental process. You can only give material things materially. Health and love is something you can only convey mentally, but you can also convey wealth mentally by a simple declaration of your own, ie "I am sending you wealth". You can practice that in trains, the tube, busses, stadiums, etc. As you focus your attention on this, you will become more conscious of it, and will therefore attract it into your own life. "Give and take" finally makes sense.
