@RiverBirch1967 hi :) I know the Austrian Sign Language (as I live in Austria - Europe). I studied it for two years. In one video I signed but I'm out of practice. Need to brush up my skills again :)

hi there, love to see you so enthusiastic about your ear mould :) just a quick question, haven't read all the comments below. Why don't you hear on your right hear? I had hearing aids for the past 10 years until I got a Cochlear Implant. Like you I only hear on one year.

@MyTrueStory85 Glad you posted (and yeah it's too many comments to read them all LOL) I don't hear on my right ear because of the cochlea being too thick. The eardrum is too thick. Everything on that side doesn't work right, so I get no sound at all. Do you like your implant?

@RiverBirch1967 hi there :) yes I do like my implant. I can hear to music again, the sounds are like they used before, I can distinguish male vs female sounds. It took me a month or two to get adjusted,... I made a speed recovery but so far I'm satisfied :)
