only eat 1,200 calories a week. To do this i eat 17 baby carrots a day nothing else. Also put Sensa on everything!

@yungyfresh10 theyre called fatty foods because they have certain fats in them, not because they particularly make u fat. There ARE some healthy fats out there that are actually good for you such as the kind in olive oil and nuts.
