You seem to be laboring under the illusion that Islam is not a threat to these concepts, but Islam has already taken away one of the liberties in those documents, one of your rights, the freedom of speech.

They were going after everybody who went through what they considered their waters. So we, America, single-handedly, are going to keep bombing the hell out of Islamic nations because, as you say, they've been planning to take us over for 1400 years?
