This appears to be an AMO silver series cartridge and inserter. Is that the case?
Have you ever had any problem using this inserter with this lens?

@jciljciljcil --I never do a PI in these cases as the vitreous face is intact---I have done well over 100 of these with a 0 incidence of pupillary block.

Did you remember to do the peripheral iridectomy to prevent block? Nice video.
