Okay, it really doesn't matter, but the name is Gerber with a hard "g" sound. Plus, the entire story about Gerber is wrong, as somebody else mentioned, right down to the bit about the Gerber baby being the most prolific romance writer in America. She is a retired English teacher who writes regional mysteries set in Florida. To top it off, the picture of the Gerber baby isn't a photograph as he says, it is a sketch. 10 points to Giles for being completely off the mark.
