A student named Jade Ray is suing over being allegedly assaulted by her teacher, and being called ugly and a brat by her. This allegedly happened at Mount Miguel High School in Spring Valley near San Diego. Its not the 1950's people? Is this the quality of teacher we employ in California? In the last few weeks as well, several kids and at least one dog (possibly a police dog) died after being forgotten in swelteringly hot vehicles. Wake up America!
