great video but wouldnt it be easier to use a caliper? then you can get the exact size or make it a fraction of a mm small and file by hand to get a perfect fit with zero gap

Yes. The problem I find is getting the one the exact size, AND one with small teeth for control....that is if what you call a caliper, which I call a whole saw bit (Circle). When taking time, I leave no gap with a nice circle. Objective: What ever works! Thanks
