From my DVD Video Build of The Renwal Visible V-8. Buy it on eBay! See also my DVD builds of the Visible Auto Chassis and Visible Airplane Engine also on eBay under seller name: stunnuts
This is a really good DVD. Watch this DVD first before building your Visible V8. It will save you a lot of time, broken parts and other problems. I have built several of these in the past and still I learned something new from this DVD. Interesting and educational.
I put a sewing machine motor on mine... it ran quite well for a long time... you could dump cooking oil into the intake ports and watch it come back out the exhaust. But eventually it blew up while I had the thing near redline. So I got a new one for Christmas a couple of years ago and still haven't finished it.
wow..i havent seen one of these since i was a kid..i had 3 of these engines at one time..the last one i had , my sister sat on the crank as i was building it at the kitchen table and broke it...bummer
Will water damage the engine at all?

This is cool, but an electric car doesn't need an engine, a transmission, exhaust system, gas or oil change . . . and, they are fast:
