Dr. Tod Bolsinger leads the participants through the second of five steps in the Immunity to Change Exercise. This second step recognizes our counterproductive behaviors, our role in the mess. It answers the question, "What are we doing, or not doing, that keeps our commitment from being more fully realized?" Part 4 of "Overcoming Our Immunity to Change" Video Series. Based upon the work of Robert Keegan and Lisa Lahey. Participants are the Strategic Coordinating Team of the Los Ranchos Presbytery.
