You think the NT is worth the 1500 bucks or would you recommend a different gun like an eclipse or a dm10?

The NT is my favorite gun! But there are still some lemons out there. If you can get a solid (all updated parts) nt and have good quality paint, NT wins hands down.

@Hahnchen121 its litteraly, just a case of shooter-preference, if you like milsim, then buy milsim, but dont go thinking a "tourney" or "speedball" gun is no good in the woods :)

trust me, if your young and new into the sport, the worst thing you can do is get caught up in the stereotypes and "my styles better than yours!" arguments... you'll loose the fun of the sport that way, so just remember, any gun that flings paint is good enough to play... sooo... go play :) have fun and happy balling!

@phsyco78 there is nothing wrong with the etek3, its a very very good marker, shooting some incredible performance, especialy considering the price bracket.

saying that, at 11 years old, its way way way out of his class, and if he had problems with it, it was more likely inexperianced user error than problems witht he marker, AND, there is no reason to not use a gun like an etek in the woods, it will out perform any "woodsball" gun, (tippman, BT, etc. etc.) every time

my pal's 11 year old brother got his parents to buy him an etek3 and it sucked, he bought it expecting it to be super cool and he didnt hardly even know how to use it, we play woodsball so it was kind of pointless on his part lmao
