lol... Stupid of course, as it misses the point - illegals have almost zero education, and as such would never qualify for those gigs. It's illegals who do the back breaking work that those highly educated persons would not. I'd like to see a PhD toiling in the fields picking produce for $50 a day... lmfao... It's Apples and Oranges, my good man...

@marcomariaz26 I was also tired of Mexicans saying that illegals can do "anything!" While it is true that highly educated people do not typically find them selves employed in manual labor positions there are plenty of legal citizens of all ethnicities who would be happy to be gainfully employed. These jobs have been done by Americans for decades; My father worked in fields when he was a teenager, so did my brother, saying that Phd's wont toil in a field is corporate rhetoric.....

@marcomariaz26 Phd make up a very small minority of the population. The average American has a high school education..and the representative number of below average population would mirror the above average population in a normal distribution...the same is true of the # of extremely uneducated vs. # of Phds...I think that there are plenty of legal citizens who, for 1 reason or another, qualify for the positions which you speak of. Corporations just want a return to slave labor and exploitation!

@swordofisis phd's won't toil in the field. my dad (recently deceased) had a phd, he did work in the fields, but prior to that august title. my sister has her phd and never worked in any low level job - too mighty for that... lol...
