@CouldNotCareLes I've seen such claims in opinion pieces including one I'd encountered on a .edu server (given as some sort of evidence by a Monsanto booster who thought that simply being on a .edu server makes something scienticif, even if it's an opinion piece). Public record? I read the judge's ruling when it came out. It said NOTHING about stealing seed. If mentioned that seed naturally spread still has a patent on it.

Furthermore, Monsanto looked to settle with Schmeiser, i.e. backed down

@CouldNotCareLes What I am asking, very reasonably and clearly, is that you back up your claim. Cite sources and provide some evidence as outlined already to demonstrate a valid reason to suspect Schmeiser of lying even though Monsanto backed down. Until then, you're just a troll and will be treated accordingly.

@CouldNotCareLes I do. And I don't know what your source is regarding no one else having that problem. Lots of other farmers in the region have had the same thing happen to them. You'll make your point when you can show a credible source backing your claims, along with some genomic evidence and aerial photos showing others should have been affected and weren't.
