Dude, could you please provide me the part # for the bumper light/sidemarker mold? since i'm on the middle of converting my 2005 gti into a 337 Gti 25th and i would love to add that upgrade but i couldn't find the part # over the web and at the agency they only get me the cabriolet version whcich its more long due the impact absortion system. Thank so much!

you need a european bumper.

you can use ur hand instead of a screwdriver to aviod possibly chipping the paint

you can also cover the screwdriver with cloth, or if you have plastic panel poppers (which I bought to replace the tail lights on my passat)... use them

Thanks! Bulbs were on back order but finally arrived so I got to try this. Used the car key for that tiny bit of pressure to pop out.

If anyone's looking for the bulbs, Amazon has Hella w3w bulbs for $3 and some change and they're in stock. Sold individually, not in pairs.

he did no prying whatsoever.

no actual preasure is needed by the screwdriver. there is a spring and a latch that he should you how to use and he only used the screw driver because his fingers wouldn't fit. he didn't "pry" it off.
