yeah i proved them wrong when i called the home office of walmart with the proof that i was right and they were wrong and EVERY manager that was working there overnight was fired the next day for breaking labor and federal laws

And what I want to say to you is easy. If that happen to me I would want to come back. You should forget that lawsait and find job at a local store because they are alot more better. But if going back to that store is what you want then go for it.

My friend got fired at Walmart (working at a jewlery counter) when a customer picked up a display and hurled it at her. She got fired for screaming the words "What the Hell" at the customer! Sue them!
