Check it out! Check out how I used to look like stay puff. Didn't exactly meet my goal, but pretty darn close. I feel great. An update to week 13... i had a free week but i deserved it AND it re-enforced how crappy I feel when I eat crappy. This week coming up I start back on Body for Life and I start my running.

Wow!!!! You did a great job. I'm super excited to start this 12 week program. Im just abt done reading the Body For Life book and after watching your video, I am a lot more motivated and excited to go through this transformation myself. Congradulations!!!!
