SOLD! "Down Pat" is a 1998 Holsteiner/Thoroughbred mare by the Holsteiner stallion, Lacoste. Patty's original owner bred her and showed her through 2nd level dressage. She is currently training all of the 3rd level work including shoulder-in, half pass and flying changes. In 2008, she was purchased by her current owner and Patty began a career over fences. She has competed in the Baby Greens under the tutelage of hunter professional, Jeff Gogul, and has won many championships and reserves with Jeff in the irons. She is currently schooling 3 foot and would be great with a junior or adult amateur rider. Patty is a great horse to have in the barn, she gets turned out in a group, is an easy keeper and is in overall good health. Her most recent vetting was in May of 2008. Patty has had her ovaries removed and therefore, does not display typical "marish" behavior. She would be ideal for a rider who has some experience and is not timid.
