@cady1406 it depends on how you run windows, if you run it in a virtual machine using virualbox, vmware fusion, or parallels, then you don't have to log off, but if you do a native install using bootcamp, you do have to reboot

or as a friend does for his artwork and 3d modelling. Theres som many good programs out there that havent made it onto mac yet. so having xp on your mac is excellent, gaming or no gaming.

why windows... I agree that OS X is far superior... I jut made "the switch" a week ago to a MacBook with OS X 10.4 and Im never going back... I love being free from winDoze...

Windows on a Mac is like the devil visting God in Heaven. Mac OSX is sooooooo much superior than Windows XP OR Vista for that matter.

The program is called Boot Camp and can be found at the Apple Website. This is not an emulator; boot camp runs Windows NATIVELY on Intel based Macs. Good Luck, and happy computing!
