Flu and Cold Recipes! Thanks Everyone!

I am feeling alot better and thanks to everyone who gave me advice.
I made a lovely drink with honey, ginger, chilli, garlic, lemon juice and hot water.

Hey Graham, how does it taste with the garlic? Sounds a bit gross to me. My father had to eat a garlic clove with a table spoon of honey for medical reasons every day in the past. Hope you will be better soon.

Sounds good. I love this lemonade that has lemon juice, ginger, and ground mint in it. with a little sugar. Not too sweet, very refreshing. I had a 103 fever last thursday, but I mostly just enjoyed hot tea with lemon or orange juice.

best cold rememedy is wiskey cloves and sugar, in hot water, and lots of vit 'C' added to a week of bed rest and football, arnt you lucky the world cup is on.
