  • anyone wanna give credit to Steven Clark for the booming punt thats hard to catch.

  • Thanks for the win Florida. Four mishaps from the Florida special teams and we walked away winners. WDE!

  • @auburntigerfan91 it makes sense but the refs have studied these rules for a long time and i would think they can judge it better

  • SECTION 4. Opportunity To Catch a Kick

    Interference With Opportunity

ARTICLE 1. A player of the receiving team within the boundary lines

attempting to catch a kick, and so located that he could have caught a free

kick or a scrimmage kick that is beyond the neutral zone, must be given an

unimpeded opportunity to catch the kick

I'm glad it went Auburn's way but the referees got the call wrong. It doesn't matter if McCalebb touched Rainey or not, he didn't give him enough room to catch the ball.

  • You have to give the receiver of the punt room to catch it, which McCaleb did not. There is no "halo rule" in college football like the announcers though, it is just a judgement call for the officials to make to determine if Rainey had room to catch it. He did not and the call was missed. This one play really cost Florida the game...

  • Will Muschamp = Ron Zook Jr.

  • How did the ball bounce behind Rainey if it didn't hit the AU player?

  • @Gat0rsUF That ball did not hit the AU player.......The AU player was in high pursuit and he had to keep himself from touching the player and the ball and backed away. I was there and if you had the angle I had then you would see for yourself...

  • @MrAUFANATIC How was the play legal? The ball hit the AU player in the shoulder pad and then the knee...

  • Holy Crap. NICE QUALITY!
