Exactly:
You cannot control what you do not know.
The only way to know something is to go through it. To deal with it. Otherwise, it is an unknown and ignorance begets fear and suffering.
Sometimes, the best form of control is letting go. So go into that which you do not understand, go into that which you fear, and let go of all your methods of control. Allow that which you are observing to be as it is. Especially if this is oneself.
Only then will you know how and why it acts. Potential!

Awesome video! How can I know if I'm awakened? I'm Buddhist so I know that the Buddha was awakened, but I'm still not understanding all of it! Haha! Great video! Thanks!
