On June 11th, CNN's "Situation Room" profiled Sgt. Carlos Lazo, a Cuban-American combat medic who served with distinction in Iraq, but was barred from visiting his children in Cuba due to restrictions on travel the Bush administration is using to stop Cuban-Americans from visiting their families in Cuba. Since then, Lazo has worked to get the rules changed. CNN tells his story.

Another reason why we shouldn't base foreign policy on grudges. Travel ban and embargo should be lifted. As the soldier says it only hurts ordinary Cubans.
