This is from a live performance in Halifax (2003) called "The Party" held at Tour Tech East. It was a benefit to raise money for AIDS.
The last line up of Doug and the Slugs;
Doug Bennett - Lead vocals
Jay Wittur -Bass
Elio Martelli - Guitar
Marc Gladstone - Keyboards
Chris Murray Driver - Drums
Good to see that this last lineup was strong with the music.

@Gordfozzfoster LOL! that brings back memories! tapping the rose tattoo was for "Cover Me With Roses" for us...

@nostalgia43 Tapping the nose meant "who knows how"...tapping the head meant "go to the top" or go to the chorus...tapping the rose tattoo on his writst meant another song...all signals like a baseball coach.

A lot like Meatloaf. Just doesn't have it anymore, can't really hit the notes...but you have to appreciate the effort he put into this. Sometimes a great performance doesn't always sound perfect.
