  • Good work. Nicely done on PCBs. Have you graphed the speed to see how quickly it reaches the set point?

  • @tesla500 not yet but very soon i will post the graphs

  • Good one. Sudden change in direction is extremely fast. A ramp up/ down might be recommended. I have a similar motor that I got from a salvaged CNC lathe.

  • @Debraj1978 "Sudden change in direction is extremely fast" because i gave the command signal in this Fashion , it can be moved in a slower way all depends on the User command signal & i was running it at extreme conditions, sudden change in direction shows how responsive the system is . . .

  • LEt say you want the DC Servo motor to spin until a certain angle, so the servomotor will rotate until the given angle, but how did the Servomotor knows at which rotation count? Let say the given angle is 35°.It can turn one round and stop at 35°, and it can turn 100 times and stop at 35°. Do enlighten me, Thanks for your reply. Currently doing some Matlab Simulink on DC servomotor.

The control is good though and I like the way it responds. I had made a similar system with a graphical LCD connected to show the position in graphical plot. Please check my youtube videos. :-)
