Looks like a great spot -- reminds me of some fossil locations in central Oregon. I think that was a raven, and it was probably waiting for you to drop some food. They definitely like to follow people around. Thanks for posting -- hope I can make it out there some day.

Is a raven different than a crow? The reason I posted that clip is that those damned crows did the same thing the one other time I went to that spot, and when I told a former friend of mine about it, he acted like I made it up. Now I have it on video!
