Suzy and the Red Stripes - Red Stripes is a reference to the Jamaican beer. Macca is know for his love of Jamaica and his has influences from reggae.

Everyone should get the Linda McCartney compilation CD "Wide Prairie", released around 1998 in her memory and honor by Paul; it's a GREAT CD: love her songs (and her vegetarian recipes too!...)
