Are you sure? I think it could be an OTMR (or TPWS, can anyone confirm what it is?)box hanging on it.

Interesting video...just a nit pick. This was not the Dowlow- Warrington, this does not touch Warrington station UNLESS diverted via Newton-Le-Willows. This train was actually a tripper which was booked for a Class 08!!
