這是竹山人過年必煮的一道菜--筍干滷肉

小時候爸媽做生意很忙,過年時更是忙到沒空做菜,媽媽總是用筍干及冬筍滷豬肉、一整隻雞、好多蛋、好多豆腐干...通通滷在一鍋,要拜祖先時就全部從這一鍋中挖出不同東西­裝盤,要湊盤數就夠了~哈~

這一鍋我們都從年夜飯吃到初五...吃到都不想再看到它為止...@@

但每年我們還是會吵著媽媽要再滷一鍋...嘿~~沒它真的不像在過年呢~^_*~
