How to keep gym time to minimum and still achieve a nice body? I had been looking for my answer for more than 10 years.

I tried going to gym 5 times per week and spent hours to get muscular. It sucked because I hated spending all that time sweating in front of a mirror.

I tried Max contraction training, but my body broke down on it.

I tried Ashtanga yoga, but it takes too much time and discipline to achieve results.

I gave up and did absolutely nothing for 6 months until I found Timothy Ferriss' book "The 4 Hour Body." I decided to give it a try for 28 days. The results have been amazing. I have the same body that I managed to get by going to gym 5 times a week for 1,5 hours each and every time.

The difference is, that now I have gone to gym 6 times per month for total of 15 minutes each visit and just pure love it. I have achieved amazing results with just total of 1,5 hours of gym time.

I've tried to eat at least 5 times per day and didn't use creatine or any supplements aside from protein shake before bed to substitute my fifth meal.

Posted this video just to inspire those who doubt, to give this routine a try. Read more from the book itself. Thank you.

TBH I don't see much of a difference between this video and how you appear in videos from 2 years before.

If that comment was made for me, then I am certainly glad to hear it. 2 years before, I went to gym 3 times a week and spent 1,5 hours each time. Now I do it 3 times a month and have been able to keep more or less similar body.

No, this workout alone is not enough. I suggest other methods for that. Dieting will become the major key.

This fucking Tim Fiss 4-hour body is a little bit of a scam! He has not come up with a shit himself. He has just copied all the knowledge in the book from other books. This training is from body by science. He is nothing but a very good seller!

Thanks a lot for making this. Was just about to go to the gym and try the tim ferris approach. Was finding it a little complicated though, so this has made it pretty simple and achievable.

I would like to point out though, that the tim ferris diet maybe very bad for your long term health.

The foods he suggest you eat are high in lectins, which cause all sorts of problems. I have got round this by avoiding pulses and lentils.

It would be a scam if it didn't work. However it DOES work and made many people aware of all the methods he explained in this book, especially people like me with no previous affinity for body-tuning. I think it is a great achievement in itself.
