Game engine (physics & graphics)

New, improved version of my game engine.
Physics engine: constraint-based simulation (connecting bodies with joints, contacts with friction, stacking), collision detection, LCP solver: Projected Gauss-Seidel. It's very fast, stable and robust.
Graphics engine (DirectX 9): shadow mapping, per pixel lighting, screen space ambient occlusion (SSAO).

Still wondering, how come you only have 8-20 fps, if it's supposed to be fast?

@Xcrypt1991 That's because of Fraps, it slows everything down. I also don't have a powerful pc. The graphics was slow because I hadn't optimised it, there was no LOD nor instancing, and there was also ssao effect and shadows which are computationally expensive. The physics is fast itself. I have improved the engine since this video and I hope I'll upload a new one soon.

@GoodGamingC LOL I didn't install the engine. I've created it myself. I just wanted to say that you can't download it because I haven't made it available for everyone. Read the description btw.

You should make a game about a HUGE cobra snake slithering through the city stealing cars and beating hookers with long dildos that sounds like a unique game to me. ^^
