@hamguy01 A Class 3 license is a dealer's license.  You do not REQUIRE this license to obtain a fully automatic rifle.

@HowlinAdamJames yet it is still a semi-automatic gun. bump firing is perfectly legal, controversial? Maybe, but legal none the less. It still only shoots ONE bullet for each pull of the trigger.

@tonythedemocrat1 class 3 FFL (or Federal Firearms Lisence). ANY US citizen with a clean background can obtain it, and you can legally buy fully automatic weapons once you have it.
