@eydise1998 no, from there it picks up to where it airs, but with castle looking at pics of kate and her mom ice skating, not at her childhood birthday pics.

Out of all my wishes for this show, I wish they'd have kept this in. It was so important not only to the story, but also to Kate's relationships with the two most important men in her world. I was so sad when this scene didn't air after seeing the spoilers pics, and it's even better than I imagined.

OMG, I LOVE this scene!!!
They did a good job adapting part of it in the final episode,
but this one was awesome!!
So sad they had to change the plan, but happy to see it here.
