gratitude is very important: i was going over all the things i was thankful for until i would cry, this was what i would try to do routinely, listening to john lennon live on youtube at the same time. after i was finished i decided to listen to music on my ipod and i put shuffle. out of my 193 songs, imagine was the first one to play :)
