@Freenetnow He didn't win the award after 12 days, he won the award after 10 months. He was nominated after 12 days. Anyone can nominate someone for a Nobel Peace Prize. I'm sure you understand the difference between an award and a nomination. Meaning, from being nominated, the Nobel committee had 10 months to actually award him the prize.
