BULLSHIT! Overpopulation is only relevant because you assume resources will inherently become more scarce (a fair assumption at face value). HOWEVER with the level of technological advancement that has been made over the past century, if humanity truly desired to, every man woman and child could live comfortably (in terms of food, water and shelter). UNFORTUNATELY, there is NO INCENTIVE for this level of advancement to be achieved. There is "no money in it" when it comes to equality

This act of atrocity by the Sri Lankan government should be investigated by an

independent international group. They must be bring to justice. Not just that, but people of Sri Lanka should also come forward against such an inhumane government.
