Once you start making it this way you may never go back to traditional! Once it's in the oven you let it be. No more hovering, checking and baisting! Super moist bird for you table and easy enough to do it at any time of the year. Really easy clean up as well so no scrubbing pans afterwards.

  • I used your recipe for my turkey this year and everyone in my family loved it!! Thx so much! :D it was really delicious, so juicy not dry at all. I loved it!

  • @lahenanahotmail That's awesome! I'm so glad it worked out for you and your family.

  • Sorry about that it's actually put the tablespoon of flour in the empty oven bag and shake it about to coat it. Add the white wine in the mix in the bowl with the spices and celery &onions. Then coat bird after you put the bird in the bag. It's really easy. When you put the bird in the bag keep the top open so you can coat it with a brush then pour the remainder of the mix in. The wine acts as a great way to make it juicy. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

  • This looks like a nice, quick, and easy recipe. I have one question when do I ad the dry white wine in? And at the beginning it says to put four in the bag and shake what? Thank for the recipe but I would like the additional info that is missing so I could get my brid cooking tonight. thanks
