Busby talks here from a playground in Stockholm about the cover-up of the Fukushima contamination and the failure of the Japanese government to act for the children who are suffering the same health problems as those exposed to the Chernobyl contamination. Together with some Japanese colleagues he has set up a Foundation: www.cbfcf.org to provide regular independent scientific expertise, to advise parents, to independently assess contamination and to give children access to radionuclide blocking supplements. His expert advice is firstly to evacuate the children to uncontaminated areas.

Not as far as I know. But the chemical laws of solution equilibrium and the knowledge of the affinity of DNA phosphate for these elements, together with the evidence of high affinity of DNAP for Sr and U and Pu, make this a certainty. I am well aware of the accusations that might follow this suggestion and action but I believe in action rather than words. The Ca supplements are given at replacement level only and there is no evidence that at these concentrations there will be any harm. We intend to carry out measurements of excretion of Uranium in treated and controls

  • The liquidators in Chernobyl went in knowing they were going to die. There familys were paid the money for there sacrafice of helping clean up.

All of the Fukishima 50 have already started to die off. Soon they all will die from there scarafice to help there Nation and the world. This is just as bad as Chernobyl if not worse.

    Death tolls soon to rise.

  • These people in charge are despicable!!!

  • @Steve7508

    > radioactive elements do not bind to DNA.

Oh, don't they? Then probably all those who use U for staining in electron-microscopy are just imagining it does ?

  • (for my archives; e.g. beam(dot)to/Fukushima ): 4:00 (methinks, this is a very-probably-valid and hugely important point):

although the radio-nuclide-emissions from Fu.Dai-ichi'11 are (still) somewhat less than those from Chernobyl'86, the health implications are probably bigger, maybe way bigger, as many more people are affected. -- So, considering damage to human health, Fuk.Dai-ichi MAY(correctly) be considered 'worse than Chernobyl'

Namasté, Prof. Busby ! and Thanks for the upload !

  • This man is a dangerous nut and needs to be shown up as so.

His "science" is badly flawed and has been shown to dubious at best and downright false at worst by respected organisations who actually do bother to get peer review.

    Unlike this man.

  • Oasis Advanced Wellness, fighting radiation naturally by Dr Loretta Lanphier, ND, CN, HHP, CH states CALCIUM protects against stronium-90, calcium-45, and other radioisotopes.

  • haha, amazing how media can control peoples thoughts...you don't even form your own opinions...you just parrot what you heard..

  • This is a perfect lesson in ruthless merchandising snake oil using fear, uncertainty and doubt. This guy is an absolute shame to the environmental movement.

  • Calling Fukushima a worse nuclear disaster than Chernobyl is an outright lie. Not only was there a fraction of the total radiation released; the Fukushima accident has not directly killed anyone so far. Not a single person has received a lethal dose of radiation, unlike Chernobyl where hundreds of liquidators received lethal or near-lethal doses of radiation.

Busby is a fucking snake... trying to profit off of a disaster by spreading lies and selling useless "supplements" to vulnerable people.

  • According to the Guardian: "Gerry Thomas, professor of molecular pathology at the department of surgery and cancer at Imperial College, London, describes his statements about heart disease caused by caesium as 'ludicrous'. She says that radioactive elements do not bind to DNA. "This shows how little he understands about basic radiobiology." Of the products and services being offered, she says "None of these are useful at all. Dr Busby should be ashamed of himself." Indeed.
