Mohammad Time-lapse painting

NOTE; quality is horrible due to a workaround I had to devise because of rendering problems. If I can I will update the video or post a new one with better quality.

FAQ;

What's this for?
- Draw Mohammad day

How did you do this?
- I painted it in Photoshop with a graphics tablet, and used camstudio to capture it. I edited it in premiere.

Did you copy a photo?
- No, this is out of my head. I did need some reference for the turban, however.

Why is the drawing so crappy at the beginning?
- well, that's part of my process. i don't define everything in a tight sketch to start off, I jump into the values early. I sort of mush around the image for a while, and it usually comes together in the end.

What are those songs?
- Thrown Away by Vast, and Vivaldi's Summer Allegro non molto

Why does the second song have a weird edit at the end?
- Because I had to discard a large section of the video because it wouldn't render correctly. I had to edit the song so the timing would be similar.

What do you mean pal by time lapse - I am an Arab person and I am trying hard to understand. Is this all about Prophet Muhammad? Are you by any chance referring to time concept of the Quran for example the verse saying that (A day with God is like a thousand days of your (ie human) quantification). Will u explain

@AlMujadyla No no, by time lapse I mean this painting is sped up so it's faster than what it was; it took about an hour to complete the painting normally, so for the video I sped it up so it would fit on youtube :)

@Rhineville Thank you for the explanation - I am an Arab person and sometimes I misunderstand English. Can I ask you please: How did you form your idea on what Prophet Muhammad might look like By the way there is no drawing of Prophet Muhammad because he did not allow it during his lifetime out of fear that his devoted followers might end up worshipping him. U see we Muslims think that the worst tyrany is a man worshipping another man.

By the way, did you read the Quran?
