there is so much potential left in this game Ubi made a lot of mistakes but it they could improve on it like they did with assassins creed it could be amazing. if this game had the sands of time controls and combat style it would have been awesome and the world was amazing but i never felt i could relay explore it, it teased you with epic environments but kept you on this linear path

I loved this game much much more than the other PoP titles.
Too bad everyone had to bitch about it.
If it's full of colour and it's not on a Nintendo system, it will fail.

totally agree, but the only thing that let the game down for me, is when i completed it, i wasn't able to go back and explore and collect the orbs :( and chance you could give me some hints?! i even unlocked the altair costume but couldn't use it much :(

@flipleg That's why it's special. It plays like a zen Japanese fairytale, imbued with western humour and a superb ending reminiscent of Shadow of the Colossus. I'll take another one of these over the shoddy 'movie tie-in' version.

The game isn't poorly made, I just think it didn't move the franchise in the right direction. It does some things perfectly well though, characters, art direction, and script. I really disliked the almost auto-mode platforming and battle system, as well as a very empty world (although super lush colors).
I do hope they get a second chance at this though.
