  • 50 yds, i hope you're a competitive shooter, i never heard of 1 inch groups at 150 ft.

  • @gojutactics i am. also thats taking my time. just hitting the 50 yard plate thats about 18 inches by 18 in is easy for follow up shots. the p99 is truly a amazing pistol.

  • Have you had the opportunity to shoot a Springfield XDm or Ruger SR9c yet? Those two pistols have the best from-the-factory triggers I've experienced thus far, in terms of the take-up, weight, and having a very crisp let-off. I was wondering if you had any comparisons of the P99AS trigger with those, as you mentioned it has been your favorite.

  • @xyonic i have shot xd's and the trigger is good for a pistol but walthers is much more crisp in comparison. i would say if you have a bigger hand the xd is prob better for you but i have a medium sized hand and the walther fits perfectly as well

  • After you shot the first round, will the trigger return to the shorter trigger pull or go back to the long trigger if you completely remove your finger? I know there's the long light trigger for the AS mode but what about the SA mode. Will it stay to the shorter SA trigger if you release your finger just after the reset?

  • @prodigy0204 in as it will return to the shorter once fired it re racks itself never shot a sa

  • Hair trigger is a poor choice of words. Mine (p99c) has a trigger pull comparable to that of my Glock. Very underrated firearm.

  • Not to mention that the reset on the AS is shorter then it is on the QA.

  • The QA's trigger pull is 8 pounds in single action and isn't all that much shorter than the AS' after the first shot. So wft are you talking about "hair" trigger?

  • After you shot the first round, will the trigger return to the shorter trigger pull or go back to the long trigger if you completely remove your finger?
