@vrdubz I find that hard to believe.... I have a speed6 with some decent bolt on mods and I'm just braking 103 in the 1/4th with a low 13.

an Intake on the speed 3's is not stock. Just an intake gives great gains and reduces turbo lag. Nice car and great run, but don't be sayin its full stock. keep it up!

Here is the tune you need

-Cobb stage 2

-3"straight pipe stainless exhaust with the Mazdaspeed Racing tip

-Aem complete air intake and a higher turbo boost

This is my setup and I got almost 400hp

And it is completely safe for the turbo and the engine .

Your clueless my friend there is a 494whp 481trq Mazdaspeed 3s on stock block, clutch, and tranny and plenty around 400whp 400wtrq on the all stock internals and clutch.
