In January of 2006, Pat Manley designed two bread ovens to be constructed next to the dump in Guatemala City. Also in January, a group of volunteers assisted Pat in building the ovens.

Pat, I think our efforts were good ones. This video was certainly a look into a culture that we as Americans are not familiar with. The glimpses into the daily lives of these people, well,I found interesting and I'm glad you inserted them here and there. What a good experience for those little boys.
