Kerala is always in backest position, even though it achieved full literary. this year,till today we had 74 hartals. that is,74 out of 233 day were hartal. each and every political parties call strikes when ever they want. each and every corner of kerala always remained still on hartal days while mumbai and banglore never had such problems. most of the people know that, these are cheap tricks by cheap political parties like cpi,cpm,udf,bjp etc etc.but they remain in their homes on hartal days,just because the govt is not giving any kind of support.it is like,govt is sponsoring such hartals in kerala. we pity on you kerala govt
